Who is a Yoga Teacher? First let me say a yoga teacher is not just someone who teaches great asanas. Borrowing from Indeed, a teacher is defined as a professional who shares their knowledge on a particular topic or set of topics with a group of students in hopes of advancing their knowledge.
Call it kismet, but I’m a big fan of practicing yoga at the first light of dawn, so our Ranch’s location is perfect for me. Why? Sunrise yoga has some truly awesome mind and body benefits for those who choose to wake up and kiss the sun. Let’s get into it!

Recently, I was asked by someone if online yoga teacher training is legit. Of course, I gave a resounding yes! You may be wondering if I was offended by the bluntness of the question, the truth is I wasn’t.

Since buying and planning out Retreat Ranch, we have had some pretty incredible things to celebrate. We have learned so much (some things we didn’t know we needed to learn). And we have had some pretty shitty experiences too.
