If you are looking for something that will validate your stance on the quarantine controversy to stay inside (or not), you won’t find it here. I am not going to tell you that staying in, or reopening is good because of “xyz”.
There’s no denying that our phones have become a vital part of our everyday routine, so we might as well start using them to support and develop our wellbeing. From meditation to sleep to hydration, wellness apps exist for whatever area of health you’re trying to improve.

Each week several of my close friends and I grab our favorite beverage , jump online and chat. It’s. Been. Awesome. It’s something I look forward to every week. And to be honest..would probably never have come about, as it is, if it wasn’t for quarantine.
How many times in the last five years (hell the last decade) have you said “I don’t have time for that” or “I wish I had time to do..”? I am thinking that if we had $1 for every time we said it (or thought it) we would be quite wealthy right now.
Life has changed drastically from just a week ago. And it will continue to change as we adjust to a temporary norm, and then another new norm after this ‘storm’ has passed.
This is unprecedented. There is no way around this: it is scary as shit right now. Whether the media is blowing it out of proportion or things are not being taken serious enough: scary stuff is happening all around us and we are being cut off from the things we love and that are important to us.
