Hey loves! So, one of my staff has been bugging me to tell her the story of how I transitioned from a yoga teacher to a yoga teacher trainer. I’ve been asked this question more times than I can count.
We all want to leave our baggage in the old year and start anew at the beginning of the year. In fact, its why many people set resolutions. While the theory is lovely, we are moulded by our past, so a completely blank slate is a bit of a reach.
While the tea brews, allow me to remind you about the importance of setting intentions and its positive effect on your mental health. Per my old post, I don’t focus on setting goals. Instead, I focus on setting intentions because it keeps me focused on what I want to achieve the most.
