Time. ⏰
Time is something you can’t make more of. It’s the most precious commodity we have. More valuable than diamonds, gold, houses, cars, toys or bank accounts 💍 🏠
I’d argue that health is also as valuable as time, but that’s another post ❤️
Today I’m sharing that my time is more valuable than my income 😳
I’ve allowed myself to be pulled in so many directions, juggling so many balls- that I’ve lost sight of what’s really important 👀
And if I’m being REALLY honest – I created the balls myself 😒
So the last few weeks and into the coming months I’m downsizing, popping, throwing out & referring out almost all these balls 🏀
And I’m guarding my time preciously – that includes not spending any of it (or my energy) on people or shit that brings me down 👋
We don’t have to spend time with those that are determined to live in fear, chaos or judgment. Give yourself permission to let that shit go👊🏻
Are you treating time as your most precious gift?
Ask yourself:
- Do I spend time with people who lift others/me up or tear others (and me!) down?
- Am I doing things that lift me up or weigh me down?
- Am I overwhelmed and over scheduled or can I easily respond to new things/events thrown my way?
Could you consider popping some of those balls you’re juggling or sending love to the naysayers (or A-holes) from a distance? #lifechanging
