Also note that our Retreat Ranch is on land that is also inhabited by wildlife including deer, foxes, snakes, etc. Although they are more afraid of you, than you them, take caution and do not interact if you spot wildlife.

Retreat Leader Mastermind FAQ's

Is this for beginners or experienced retreat leaders?

This is designed for newer retreat leaders or those who haven’t yet created consistent, profitable retreats. Whether you haven’t hosted yet or you’ve hosted a few that didn’t fill or didn’t make money, this will give you the structure, strategy, and clarity you’ve been missing.

I’m coming alone-will that be weird?

Not at all. Most people come on their own, and it’s actually part of what makes the experience so powerful. You’ll be surrounded by people in a similar place, and connections happen quickly and naturally.

Are there payment plans available?

Yep! During registration you can set up a payment plan.

Can I share a room with a friend?

If you have a roommate you’d like to share accommodations with, be sure to clearly indicate that when you register for your retreat- and if the room structure allows it, it will happen.

Is this a CO-ED Function?

Yes this Mastermind is open to everyone.

Is daily housekeeping included?

Ahhhh the joys of someone else doing the dirty work! While we do not provide daily room cleaning service- we do take care of all the meals outlined in your program and NO DISH DUTY for you!

Can I bring my service animal?

Well now this is just difficult to say…but no. Sadly Retreat Ranch does not allow outside animals due to their free ranging livestock and guardian livestock dog. This includes NO service animals.

I haven’t hosted a retreat yet-will this still work for me?

Yes-and it’s one of the best times to join. You’ll build your retreat the right way from the start instead of trying to fix mistakes later. Many people come in at this stage and leave with a clear, actionable plan.

Will I have time to work on my own retreat during this?

Yes. This isn’t just sit-and-listen content. You’ll have space to think, plan, and apply what you’re learning so you leave with real progress-not just notes.

Is this worth the investment?

If you’re serious about running retreats as part of your business, yes. One properly priced, well-marketed retreat can more than cover your investment. The bigger cost is continuing to guess, underprice, or struggle to fill your retreats.

What if I have diet restrictions?

Pretty much all of our meals are gluten free and most of the time dairy free. If you have diet restrictions outside of this, let us know so we can see if we can accommodate you (usually- we can 🙂 ). For vegan/vegetarian options- we keep the meats offered separate from the meal so that everyone can happily choose what goes on their plates.

What is your cancellation policy?

Yikes – NOOOOO say it ain’t so! Ok, ya, we get it. Life happens. However all payments are NON-REFUNDABLE. So be sure to get that travel insurance for any possible conflicts or emergencies that may come up for you.

Who is this Mastermind suitable for?

If you are already leading retreats, or want to lead retreats- this Mastermind is for you.

What do I bring?

Yourself. That is really it. Obviously bring your joyous heart and open mind too, but otherwise we just need you.

Will this help me actually make money with my retreats?

That’s the goal. Everything we cover-marketing, pricing, positioning, and selling-is designed to help you create retreats that are not just meaningful, but profitable and sustainable.

What if I’ve already hosted retreats but they didn’t sell out or weren’t profitable?

Perfect-you’re exactly who this is for. We’ll identify what didn’t work (usually marketing, pricing, or positioning) and fix it so your next retreat is structured to actually fill and make money.

Will I actually learn how to market and sell my retreat?

Yes. This is a big part of the experience. You’ll learn how to position your retreat, attract the right audience, and confidently sell it. Because if you can’t sell it, none of the rest matters.

If I stay offsite can I still use your facilities?

Yep absolutely. You are welcome to use all of the amenities of the ranch.

I hear there are wild animals at Retreat Ranch?

Well, yes, there is wildlife on the ranch (which we adore). We have many deer, some fox, lots of squirrels and the nature of the area tells us there are snakes (among other friends to be sure). They are more afraid of us, then we are of them so be aware of your surroundings and maybe not try to shake paws with any of them. Please note: we have lots of cedar trees on the property, which for some can cause allergy like symptoms for a couple of days.

I really feel like I might need hands on help, is that possible?

We do have THREE spots available for one on one coaching. They can be done on site during the Mastermind (before it starts and after it ends) or virtually.
