We are in an age where sarcasm is where we hide. We project our tiredness, our busyness, our unhappiness, our stress- on our shirts, mugs, cars, social media and in our homes. Doing this only compounds what you don’t want- it confirms the very things you are complaining about.
Rocking the season that you are in may feel daunting, especially if you are desiring what someone else has. Single and wishing you were in the ‘perfect’ marriage you see your friends in?
Our thoughts are not our identity. Our thoughts can be changed. But frequently negative thoughts hijack our life. Many people let these thoughts take over their identity, their daily experiences, their joy — all without embracing the basic premise that we have the ability to change our thoughts.
We probably have all had those relationships that rub us the wrong way… and some of these relationships are more extreme than others. Tune into our podcast this week to find more ways to identify them in your life and handle the situation, whether in a long-term or budding relationship.

The holiday season can be such wonderful time of year for most people. For some, it can be a down time full of chaos, guilt sadness and overwhelming stress. In today’s show I talk briefly some ways we can show up- in joy- and enjoy this holiday season.
The clock is showing 4:10am. It is time to get up and start another day. But, today, unlike yesterday, there is a ball…a knot really, of anxiousness mixed with dread in my stomach. It feels heavy. It is hard to breathe deeply. I feel afraid.
