We are in an age where sarcasm is where we hide. We project our tiredness, our busyness, our unhappiness, our stress- on our shirts, mugs, cars, social media and in our homes. Doing this only compounds what you don’t want- it confirms the very things you are complaining about.

If someone asked me to give a 1-sentence definition of meditation, I’d say that it is an approach to training the mind, just like exercise is a way of training the body. Dee adds to this definition: “meditation is a consistent or daily practice that helps you tune in to your best self.”
It is possible to reduce stress and increase productivity by decluttering! Research backs this up! The Journal of Current Psychology has published studies showing the negative impacts of clutter. It causes “life dissatisfaction” and can “negatively impact our mental wellbeing”.
If there were a guaranteed way to reset your energy that worked for everyone, somebody would have bottled it by now and be living off the riches that such a cure-all would produce.

There are plenty of articles and resources on what needs to happen in order to be happy & healthy. The hard part is figuring out what works for you (not everything works for everyone) and then sticking to the process.
