A different way to meditate using tapping
Do you meditate? I love meditation and I practice different forms of it. I think we all need it for our sanity especially during this time where we’re all locked up in our homes dealing with work and family all at the same time.
Different meditation types work for different people but it all comes down to one goal – to achieve mindfulness and a clear mental state.
I’ve long been practicing tapping as a form of meditation and I wanted to bring on Angie and Stephanie to share this experience with me and try it for themselves. It’s a combination of chinese acupressure and modern psychology that works to physically alter your brain, energy system, body, and all the areas of who you are at one time. Interesting, right?
So in this episode, the girls and I talk about meditation and tapping. It’s something I love and I asked them to try it as well. So they did. And as usual, we got carried away and drifted off topic to talk about banana books too! LOL. Excited to share this conversation with you!
