If you’ve ever thought to yourself, “I just need a break,” this one’s for you.
I work with a lot of women-moms, entrepreneurs, corporate warriors, caretakers-who are doing ALL the things. And by the time they finally carve out space to come on one of our women stress reduction retreats, they’re running on fumes. I mean totally depleted-mentally, emotionally, spiritually.
Here’s what I’ve learned from years of leading retreats and attending them myself: you don’t just need a nap. You need a full reset. One that goes deep and doesn’t just slap a spa day over your exhaustion.
That’s why I created a little framework for what you actually receive when you attend one of our retreats. I call it the 3 Rs: Rest, Reconnect, Reclaim.
Rest — Real rest.
Not “I got to lay down for 10 minutes before someone asked me for a snack” rest. I mean deep, uninterrupted, soul-satisfying rest. At our retreats, we make sleep a priority! (Think Tempur-Pedic style mattresses, bamboo sheets, peace and quiet, and no one tugging on your arm at 6am.)
You’ll nap without guilt. Sleep in without shame. And rest in a way your nervous system has been begging you for.
Oh, and on our retreats..we have a “do you boo” motto: participate in all the things, or skip out and do what you and your body needs.
Reconnect — With Yourself and Others
Our lives are noisy. We’re constantly bombarded with other people’s needs, to-dos, and opinions. A retreat offers the space to finally get quiet enough to hear your own voice again.
Through guided workshops, journaling, breathwork, movement, and good old-fashioned sitting under the stars, you begin to remember who you are—outside of the roles you play.
You reconnect with your intuition, your peace, your desires, and that beautiful inner knowing that’s always had your back.
And just as importantly, you connect with other like-minded women—women who get it. You’ll laugh, share stories, and maybe even shed a few tears together around the fire or over a nourishing meal. Because healing doesn’t just happen in solitude—it happens in sisterhood, too.
Reclaim — Your power and joy.
When you’re constantly giving, you start to forget that your needs matter too. At our women stress reduction retreats, I see it time and time again: a woman arrives tired, unsure, and carrying the weight of the world—and she leaves lighter, stronger, and more in love with herself.
This is where you reclaim what burnout tried to steal: your confidence, your clarity, your joy, and your belief that yes, you can live a life that feels really damn good.
You don’t need to wait until you’re broken to take a break. You are worthy of rest now.
Our next women stress reduction retreat might just be the beginning of your greatest comeback.
