That’s why we created the Wine & Unwind Retreat—a space designed just for women who are ready to breathe again. For four days, you get to put it all down. The deadlines, the dishes, the pressure to keep it all together. Room Type & Cost:

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. Balance is due 30 days prior to the start date. Payments can be set up for all balances at the time of registration. Prices are PER PERSON.

Changes/Cancellations

We understand that plans can change and emergencies come up. However, due to the nature of our services, we have a strict no-refund policy.

No Refunds: all bookings are final and no refunds will be issued for cancellations or changes. This includes family, health, death, and other emergency situations.
Travel Insurance: To protect your investment, travel insurance is required (and easy to get!) in order to cover unexpected cancellations, delays, or other unforeseen circumstances. We don’t ask for proof of insurance, as it is for your own protection due to our no-refund policy.

Price includes all activities, listed meals & wine. During free time you can partake of the optional extras or enjoy the ranch amenities or go explore Downtown Marble Falls, Johnson City or even a day trip to the amazing wine country Fredericksburg.

Please note our retreats are designed for women, aged 21 and over (unless otherwise agreed upon) and no animals are allowed at our locations (including service animals). Also note that our Retreat Ranch is on land that is also inhabited by wildlife including deer, foxes, snakes, etc. Although they are more afraid of you, than you them, take caution and do not interact if you spot wildlife.

Retreats for women FAQ's

Are there payment plans available?

Yep! After you pay the deposit, simply email us and let us know and we will work out an interest free payment plan that works for you!

Can I share a room with a friend?

If you have a roommate you’d like to share accommodations with, be sure to clearly indicate that when you register for your retreat- and if the room structure allows it, it will happen. Otherwise roommates are selected randomly in shared rooms (trust us- you will love everyone you meet!).

Are your retreats for women only?

Yes. Mostly. We do occasionally offer couples retreats, however most of our retreats are for women only. Although we have MUCH love for men, our retreats are designed to share sacred, safe space for the ladies.

Is daily housekeeping included?

Ahhhh the joys of someone else doing the dirty work! While we do not provide daily room cleaning service- we do take care of all the meals outlined in your program and NO DISH DUTY for you! Our retreats are typically held in private rental homes or on our rustic retreat ranch, thus there isn’t any housekeeping included (unless noted) and our intention is to cultivate a relaxed, carefree environment.

Can I bring my service animal?

Well now this is just difficult to say…but no. Sadly our host locations are animal free areas, including service animals.

What if I have diet restrictions?

Pretty much all of our meals are gluten free and most of the time dairy free. If you have diet restrictions outside of this, let us know so we can see if we can accommodate you (usually- we can 🙂 ). For vegan/vegetarian options- we keep the meats offered separate from the meal so that everyone can happily choose what goes on their plates.

What is your cancellation policy?

Yikes – NOOOOO say it ain’t so! Ok, ya, we get it. Life happens. Unfortunately all payments are non-refundable (boooo I know). You can gift it to someone else if you would like (they are transferrable). Or you can utilize your travel insurance as it is required for your security and financial protection. Who are your retreats suitable for?

If you are reading this far- it is definitely suitable for YOU. Our retreats are designed for women who want to come connect to other like minded women- and to themselves. Many of our guests find peace, growth, ridiculous laughter and fun, healing and nourishment of the mind & body. COME.

What do I bring?

Yourself. That is really it. Ya, we will send you a packing list a couple weeks ahead of time, but really, the main thing you need to worry about is bringing you- all of you. You can also check out my waaaaaay too-much-info-provided blog on what to bring.

What are the ages of the attendees?

So here is the thing; we never look ahead of time as we don’t want to censor our age demographic- because there is NO age on love and our desire to serve whomever comes. However, to give you an idea based on history, our guests are as young as 21 (this is our minimum age due to alcoholic beverages being served) to 89……PS- if you are over 89- COME, we need you!

I hear there are wild animals at Retreat Ranch?

Well, yes, there is wildlife on the ranch (which we adore). We have many deer, some fox, lots of squirrels and the nature of the area tells us there are snakes (among other friends to be sure). They are more afraid of us, then we are of them so be aware of your surroundings and maybe not try to shake paws with any of them. Please note: we have lots of cedar trees on the property, which for some can cause allergy like symptoms for a couple of days.

I don’t really do yoga, or have only done it a few times. Is this still for me?

Uh YASSSSS. It is. Whether you have NEVER done yoga or you consider yourself an ADVANCED yogi- our yoga offerings are a fun place to explore yoga & your body. You are not too small, too big, too ‘unhealthy’, too stiff…you are perfectly designed to attend as you are right now. COME.

DO I REALLY NEED TO PURCHASE TRAVEL INSURANCE?

Yes, purchasing travel insurance is required for your own protection against illness, catastrophes, or any unexpected events. While we do not offer refunds, having travel insurance ensures you are fully protected. There is no need to send us a copy of your insurance; it is for your own security and peace of mind.
