We are all doing it. Well most of us are. The few that are not? They are thriving and feeling incredible, even during a pandemic-politically charged- the sky is falling- time in history.

You know what’s more valuable than money? Time. Time is something you can’t make more of. It’s the most precious commodity we have. More valuable than diamonds, gold, houses, cars, toys or bank accounts.
To say we are coming out of one of the most challenging times in history is an understatement. And some would say we are still in the midst of it (especially if you watch the news).
I have had some incredible times on my podcast since its inception 3+ years ago. I have had amazing co-hosts, guests and laughs along the way. One guest in particular, the husband, has been both a thorn and tickle in my side.
This post isn’t going to resonate with some of you. And if you are in a headspace where a pointed and direct opinion won’t be helpful, then may I suggest you skip this post until you have more free space in your heart and mind.
Balancing life should be as simple as getting enough sleep, eating a healthy (in-moderation) diet, exercising regularly, and relaxing. In a perfect world, this is easy to accomplish but it isn’t always that simple.
Since buying and planning out Retreat Ranch, we have had some pretty incredible things to celebrate. We have learned so much (some things we didn’t know we needed to learn). And we have had some pretty shitty experiences too.
Vitamin D is a fat-soluble that is naturally present in certain foods and is also produced when ultraviolet rays from sunlight land on the skin and trigger vitamin D synthesis. The body producing vitamin D in response to sun exposure is why vitamin D is nicknamed the “sunshine vitamin”.
Antioxidants are substances that protect your cells from “free radicals.” Free radicals can play a significant role in health issues such as heart disease, cancer, and other chronic conditions. They are tiny molecules produced by our bodies when exposed to harmful inhalations like tobacco smoke or radiation.
Despite problems, issues hell, chaos and mayhem that we went through, there were still a lot of good things that we can look back in 2020. And in this episode, we’re going to talk about our key takeaways in 2020 and the things we are looking forward to in 2021.
