What to Expect

Here's What Five Days at the Ranch Actually Looks Like.

Yoga at sunrise. Wine at sunset. And everything in between designed to bring you back to yourself.

You wake up to coffee and a view of the Hill Country. No alarm. No notifications. No one needing anything from you. Delicious breakfast is handled. Today's only decision: which yoga session to start with.

By day three, something shifts. The tightness in your shoulders. The noise in your head. It starts to quiet.

You leave lighter, clearer, and reconnected to the version of yourself you forgot existed.

Day by Day

A full breakdown of your five days — from Wednesday arrival to Sunday brunch. Click any day to expand.

Wednesday
Arrival Day
+
  • 4:00pm+Check-in. Drop your bags, exhale. Your accommodation is ready and the 46 acres are yours. Wander, settle in, decompress — there's no schedule yet.
  • 5:00pmWine & Unwind Hour. Your first taste of what the next four days feel like. Local Texas wines, appetizers, easy conversation. The kind of hour you forget to watch the clock during.
  • 6:00pmPJ's & Prosecco Reception & Opening Circle. Slip into something comfortable, raise a glass, and get grounded together. A guided intention-setting session that sets the tone for everything that follows. No performance required — just honesty and presence.
  • 7:30pmDinner & Bonfire. A delicious first meal under the stars. The fire is lit every night — this one is where the real conversations begin.
Thursday
First Full Day
+
  • 7:00amCoffee & Tea. No agenda yet. Just a quiet start with a warm cup and 46 acres of Hill Country morning.
  • 9:00amYoga at the Deck. A grounding morning practice out in the open air — with views that make every exhale easier.
  • 10:30amBrunch. A proper sit-down spread. Fuel up before the day opens up.
  • 11am–1pmPottery Experience. Hands in clay is its own kind of therapy — tactile, grounding, surprisingly meditative. No experience needed.Optional add-on
  • 11am–7pmFree Time. The ranch is yours. Wander the trails, nap in a hammock, drive into Marble Falls, or simply sit still and do nothing. You don't need to earn the rest.
  • 4:30pmWine & Unwind Hour. Local Texas wines and appetizers. This is the hour that consistently turns strangers into friends.
  • 6:00pmCustom Candle Making Workshop. A hands-on creative session. Relaxed, tactile, genuinely fun — and you leave with something you made yourself.
  • 7:30pmDinner & Bonfire. Nightly ritual. Delicious meal, open sky, good company. The conversations around this fire are the ones you'll tell people about when you get home.
Friday
Movement & Space
+
  • 7:00amCoffee & Tea. A quiet start before the morning fills in.
  • 8:00amHorse Yoga. A unique blend of equine connection and breathwork out in the open air. Being near horses is grounding in a way that's hard to explain until you've done it. Limited spots.Optional add-on
  • 9:00amMindful Movement & Journaling. A guided morning session with practical tools for clearing mental noise and setting your inner compass. You'll leave with techniques that actually translate to daily life.
  • 10:30amBrunch. A proper spread to fuel the afternoon ahead.
  • 11:30amStress Reduction Workshop. Practical tools and mindset shifts that translate back to your real life. Not theory — techniques you'll actually use on a hard Tuesday in three months.
  • 1pm–7pmFree Time. The afternoon is wide open. Sleep in, explore, sit on the porch, or drive into Marble Falls. Lunch is on your own — the ranch and the town are both good answers.
  • 4:30pmWine & Unwind Hour. A ritual by now. Local Texas wines, good appetizers, easy conversation.
  • 7:30pmDinner & Bonfire. Your third night under these stars. Something will have shifted by now — most women feel it by Friday evening.
Saturday
The Last Full Day
+
  • 7:00amCoffee & Tea. Your body knows the rhythm now. Same quiet start, different feeling by day four.
  • 8:30amAerial Yoga — Session 1. Suspended in silk hammocks outdoors, surrounded by Hill Country air. Deceptively restorative — the silks support your body in ways that mat yoga can't. All levels, zero experience needed.
  • 9:30amAerial Yoga — Session 2. A second wave for those who want more, or a fresh group rotating through.
  • 10:30amBrunch. Sit down, fuel up. Last full day — make it count.
  • 11:30am–7pmFree Time. The afternoon is wide open. Some women stay on the ranch and barely move. Some explore Marble Falls. Both are the right answer.
  • 1:00 / 2:00 / 3:00pmTrail Rides. Guided horseback riding through the Hill Country landscape. One of the most requested add-ons.Optional add-on
  • 5:00pmSkeet Shooting. Not what you expected from a wellness retreat — and that's exactly the point. Focused, physical, surprisingly empowering.Optional add-on
  • 6:00pmWine & Unwind Hour & Group Photo. This one hits differently. Tomorrow you go home — and you know it. The conversations get a little deeper. Then the cameras come out for a proper send-off.
  • 7:30pmDinner & Bonfire. The last night. Usually the loudest, the warmest, and the hardest to leave.
Sunday
Departure Day
+
  • 9:00amSound Bath & Closing Circle. A guided sound healing session — bowls, breath, silence — followed by a group closing ritual. A proper goodbye for five days well spent. Come ready to feel something.
  • 10:30amChampagne Brunch. A full send-off spread. Good food, good company, the occasional happy tear. A celebration of what you came here to do — and did.
  • 12:00pmCheck-out. You leave lighter than you arrived. That's the whole point.

* Schedule is subject to small changes.

Not Included: Airfare · ground transportation · travel insurance (required) · Friday lunch · optional activity fees (trail rides, horse yoga, skeet shooting, pottery)

Optional add-ons are available for an additional fee. Purchase during registration or upon arrival, subject to availability.

What It Actually Feels Like to Be Here.

Real women, the actual ranch, real moments. Straight from the people who've been here.

Marble Falls, Texas Hill Country

46 Acres. All Yours.

No hotel lobbies. No strangers in the hall. The entire property is reserved exclusively for your group — a group of women, 46 acres, and no chores or to-do lists required.

Deer wander through at dusk. Mornings are quiet in a way cities don't do.

Who This Retreat Is For

This IS for you if…

  • You're a woman 21+ who is genuinely exhausted — not just "a bit tired"
  • You're open to slowing down, even if it feels uncomfortable at first
  • You want real connection with other women, not just small talk
  • You're okay with truly unplugging for a few days
  • You're willing to invest in yourself the way you do for everyone else

This is NOT for you if…

  • You need a packed schedule to feel like you got your money's worth
  • You're not willing to put the phone down
  • You're looking for a party weekend (but we will have a good time!) — this is restoration, not nightlife
Your Retreat, Your Way

Do You, Boo.

There is no pressure to attend every session, fill every hour, or perform wellness for anyone else.

If you want to skip the morning yoga and sleep until 9, sleep until 9. If you'd rather sit on your porch with coffee and watch the deer than join the afternoon workshop, that is a completely valid choice.

The schedule exists to give you options — not obligations. Some women do everything. Some do half. Both leave transformed. You know yourself. We trust that.

For the Woman Coming Alone

Planning to Come Solo?

About half of our attendees arrive alone — and leave with women they'll know for years. You won't eat alone, sit alone, or feel out of place for a single moment.

From the moment you arrive, you're welcomed in. By the time you leave, you won't feel like you came solo at all.

Wowza! This place is FABULOUS! The beauty and tranquility of the ranch exceeded all expectations. Best sleep ever in my accommodations (Moon Dancer Vintage Trailer). I enjoyed the pace of the retreat with options to do as much or as little as desired. No need to think about it, just go!

We hosted a retreat for 14 women this past weekend. If we could give 10 stars, we would! Every single staff member was not only an amazing human but excelled at their job and went above and beyond. The property is stunning with so many delightful surprises. Our guests were beyond happy and so are we!

Retreat Ranch blew me away! It was everything I hoped it would be and more — from the accommodations to the chef, the daily rides (tell Mambo I said hi!), the equine yoga, the amenities. I hosted my retreat there and have already locked in another date for next year. Thank you — truly, for helping me create a beautiful retreat!

Still Have Questions?

Can I come solo, or do I need to bring someone?+
About half of our attendees come solo — and most say it was the best decision they made. From the moment you arrive, you're welcomed in. By day two, you won't feel like you came alone.
Can I share a room with a friend and save?+
Yes — most accommodations have a "bring a friend" rate that drops the per-person price significantly. The Bunk House is also a great option if you want the lowest price point and are open to sharing with fellow retreaters you'll meet when you arrive. See the accommodation section for specific pricing.
Is there a payment plan?+
Yes. Pay your 50% deposit to secure your spot, and you can set up payments during registration. Balance is due 30 days before the retreat start date.
What's the cancellation policy?+
Because we plan around a small fixed group, deposits are non-refundable. This applies to all situations including family, health, and emergencies — which is exactly why we require travel insurance. It's easy to get and inexpensive relative to what you're protecting. Think of it the same way you'd insure a cruise or international trip.
Are meals and housekeeping included?+
Yes to both. Delicious breakfast and dinner are included daily. Friday lunch is on your own — most women explore Marble Falls or graze the on-site leftovers. Light lunch fare is available Thursday and Saturday. Your accommodation is serviced during the retreat so you never have to think about it.
I'm not a yoga person. Is this still for me?+
Absolutely. No experience required — sessions are designed to meet you where you are, from first-timers to experienced practitioners. You move at your own pace, no performance, no comparison. Several women attend specifically because they've never done yoga and want a safe first experience.
How "spiritual" or "woo" is this retreat?+
Shannon's background is therapeutic, not spiritual. The retreat is grounded in practical stress reduction, real connection, and physical rest — not crystals or chanting (unless that's your thing, in which case, bring them). You won't be asked to do anything that doesn't resonate with you.
Who else will be there? What's the age range?+
Women 21 and up — and we mean it, the range is genuinely wide. Past retreats have included women in their late 20s through their late 80s. What they have in common isn't age — it's that they're ready to exhale. Groups are capped at around 20 women so it stays intimate.
I don't drink wine. Is that a problem?+
Not at all. Non-alcoholic alternatives are always available at every wine hour. The tastings are optional and zero-pressure — plenty of women skip the wine entirely and just show up for the appetizers and conversation.
What about dietary needs?+
Meals are gluten-free and dairy-free by default. Vegan and vegetarian options are available. Let us know any allergies or additional requirements when you register and the kitchen will accommodate you.
Are pets or service animals allowed?+
No animals are permitted on the property — including service animals. We apologize for any inconvenience this causes and are happy to discuss your specific needs before booking.
What should I pack?+
Comfortable, layered clothing for Texas Hill Country weather (it can shift). Yoga clothes, walking shoes, and something cozy for evening bonfires. Fluffy robes are provided in your accommodation. A full packing list is sent with your booking confirmation.
Anything I should know about the property?+
The ranch is a working piece of Texas Hill Country — deer, foxes, and the occasional snake are part of the landscape. Cedar trees are prevalent if you have seasonal allergies. All accommodations have electricity, A/C, and heat. The nearest town is Marble Falls, about 10 minutes away.
