Are you interested in attending a retreat at a substantial discount in exchange for being part of our work exchange team?
We’re looking for people with a servant’s heart—those who genuinely enjoy helping others have an unforgettable experience. You should feel at home in the kitchen, whether that’s assisting our chef with meal prep, following a recipe to prepare dishes, or helping to plate and serve meals. After each service, you’ll help with clean-up, including washing dishes, wiping down surfaces, and keeping our kitchen space organized.
Your role will also include setting up and breaking down dining spaces, ensuring meals are beautifully presented and ready on time, and keeping the flow smooth during service.
Beyond the kitchen, you’ll help prepare retreat activity areas—this may include setting up yoga stations (mats, blocks, bolsters, straps, etc.), creating a welcoming atmosphere, and making sure each space is clean and ready for guests. At the end of each session, you’ll assist in carefully cleaning and packing away supplies so we’re ready for the next event.

Discounted rates for work exchange:
- Wine & Unwind: 4-night retreat – $250 (shared accommodations). Please note: Work exchange stays cannot be upgraded to private rooms. Housing will be in shared accommodations or the staff apartment.
- Reset Retreat 2 nights: $200 (shared accommodation) Please note: Work exchange stays cannot be upgraded to private rooms. Housing will be in shared accommodations or the staff apartment.
- NO REFUNDS if you cannot make the retreat date you selected. Your monies paid will be donated to the scholarship fund.
- If this is for a media exchange (professional photographer, influencer, media company) please see attached additional agreement .
Important Note: Attending a retreat as part of a work exchange is a very different experience than attending as a fully paid guest. While you’ll be able to join in most activities, your top priority will always be completing the duties assigned to you. The retreat experience for our guests depends on our team’s support, and that includes you. If you feel it might be difficult to balance participation with your responsibilities, this may not be the right fit.
We do not have a work exchange program for our international retreats.
